With over 30 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition, Peggy Anderson has worked for some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Apple, Microsoft, Under Armour, Shutterfly, and Blackbaud.

Throughout her career, she’s led global teams, driven innovative talent strategies, and built cultures that attract top performers and inspire them to thrive.

A Note from Our Founder

Yes, I’ve lived an amazing professional life, working for some of the world’s most admired brands. Here’s the best part: I worked at places like Apple, Microsoft, Under Armour, and Shutterfly as they were emerging from their startup phase and entering the extremes of scaling into the middle market and beyond. 

As you grow and scale your organization, you see different things, and you learn how to see differently. I saw organizations led by people who are now icons in global business, leaders who were able to hold on to culture as they grew. Their secret? To a person, they knew that great technologies only come from innovative people who perform best when they value themselves and others around them.
